I have used Cubhub/ Statewise for over a year now. In that time, I have not encountered disruptions attributable to the tools alone that could not be worked around or remedied by methods such as updates/ IT interventions, contacting my leadership or modifying my device's settings. 99% of the time, things run smoothly and predictably. Quirks persist, such as time labels on interventions/ notes that "stick" on hours and minutes as I scroll, but nothing occurs that prevents me from doing what I set out to do. That issue in particular may have been addressed in the most recent update or it may just be an idiosyncrasy of my device . Thank you folks for doing what you do.
Apparently this is a rebrand of the cubhub app, go look at those reviews. Statewise is HORRIBLE. I completed an assessment and it deleted all of it. UPDATE 7/26- it still deletes my assessment if Iโm logged out for too long, so Iโm forced to do everything at the end of my shift No โclearโ button under parent signature. UPDATE 7/26 this feature has been added Canโt clock out if parent doesnโt sign. All the text is nearly the same size, with no bolding, so thereโs no distinction between headlines and body text. Everything runs together. UPDATE: Please change this. Change the color of the title and enlarge all font by 2 notches What elseโฆ.pretty much everything is wrong so if I keep on going then Iโll just have to talk about every single option on this app. Itโs not detailed at all. The med administration section is a nightmare. Canโt view past notes. Update 7/26: You can view past notes now Update: This part here is the worst thing I canโt stand about this app, when you go to clock out/sign on the final page, it blocks you saying โan intervention wasnโt completedโ, for example. If an intervention isnโt completed it shouldnโt turn green after you fill only some of the information out on it. The font color should start at black, change to orange as youโre working in that section, and then green when completed. In my opinion, if youโre a person who just want to click click click to be done, then youโll like it. If youโre a person who cares about your job, this isnโt for you. UPDATE 7/26 I do recognize the efforts of the developer and will erase and update my review as a whole once other important things are fixed
Update: Narratives reappeared. Thank you. However, the new layout is not the best. For initial assessment, it is already difficult to see โclick hereโ because it is not bold enough to stand out, but now the dial to scroll is transparent. So when selecting a temperature location, all the options are visible with minimal stand out appearance. It is that way with all the selections. Every time you complete a daily to do out of 20-30 interventions, it reverts you back to the daily total. So again you have to select daily to do, scroll to the middle or the bottom, then select what you need to sign off. Such a waste of time. Would be better if you sign off a bottom intervention for it to go back to the bottom of the intervention list instead of start from scratch. The writing is so much smaller than cub hub and no option to increase the size. In the daily to do list the font is larger. Once you select the intervention, the font size decreases. Narrative history, PRN med/intervention history isnโt visible. When you need to look back at history to see how the patient was on a previous shift or to give more details during a doctor appt, you need to have โelephant memoryโ because there is zero history to review. This is a huge disadvantage for continuity of care. Each handover of care may not get previous shifts report information. So in times of illness or abnormal activity, it would be helpful to view history. A couple of positives, if statewise closes d/t inactivity, if you are in the middle of signing off on an intervention, it keeps your intervention open with what you started. The auto time select for timed interventions is helpful instead of scrolling from 0000, if the intervention is at 1000, it auto sets 1000 and you can adjust the minutes if needed. I donโt think there are any perfect charting apps, but with certain repeat complaints, would be nice if someone noticed and adjusted.
