Many times, fake signatures are used in the complainant’s name to close the case. The app is just a formality with no real action being taken. It has become a tool to suppress the voice of the public. The government must take strict action on this immediately.”

App UI is really bad, drop down options doesn’t appear correctly. App shows some options in hindi and some in English, even after choosing a preferred language. It is really difficult to use it

I used it to raise complaint against Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Got reply very fast as pdf copy and hard copy at mailing address with feedback calls. Much faster than RTI.
