It was working fine before today. It was showing pvvnl login. Now sudden it shows mvvnl. How to change this beacause if it doesn’t show option to change mvvnl to pvvnl. Then this app is of no use for us.

This has to be one of the worst-designed apps I’ve ever used. The entire point of having a "Smart Meter" app is to be able to check your balance in real-time, yet that is the one thing this app consistently fails to do. Every single time I open the Current Balance tab, it’s the same story: "Due to technical error, unable to fetch current balance. Click to reload." No matter how many times I click "Reload," nothing happens. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about your own electricity usage and balance. If the developers can't keep the most basic features running, what is the point of the app?

This is where tax payers money goes to? Like really? It seems like they deliberately invest in websites and apps that will never work or when they work, they will torture the one using them. No government website or app functions properly in this country. We really are messed up and need to get things right. Please someone remove this app from all app stores and never allow such apps from Indian government on your stores.
