IGL Connect

IGL Connect mobile application has multiple issues, and most of the time it displays an “Error Occurred” message. This makes the app extremely frustrating to use. Additionally, bill payments are not updated within 2–3 days, in many cases, it takes even longer to reflect in the system. Overall, the app provides a very poor customer experience. Timely updates and better stability are essential for a service like this, but currently, the application fails to meet basic user expectations. It needs significant improvement in performance, reliability, and payment processing.

Under self-billing option, the ‘Upload Photo’ button starts the camera. It doesn’t have any option to access the photo gallery on iPhone and upload a photo. This should be allowed as one may take a photo earlier and then upload it rather than taking it when starting the self billing option.

The look and feel of app is dated. However easy way to view bill and do online payment. It would have been more beneficial if there is a way to manually upload meter reading in the app itself
