I have downloaded this app to report related lost government cards but when we go to “Register Lost Article “ section under FIR and select “Someone else” option, on clicking on Name or mobile or email, we are not able to enter anything and it’s just showing some errors and restrict our keyboard to open. Also, I have lodged the report from other app, it’s not showing the recent report under View Section. Please have a look to this app. Even small things are handled property.

It’s only to draw money form common citizens, pay fee for everything you want, and they don’t even send notifications or Text messages; considers the fact that you are paying for the same. This is an frontline example why UP is far behind in technology and providing common services to people.

I am a upcop app user I am facing some problems in this app like after submitting character certificate I faced a lot of problem in making payment and at the same time one has to login to the app again and again, once logged in, logging does not continue, one gets logged out and its process is slow. There should be an option to upload documents in it so that when police go for verification they can identify with the same document, otherwise they start asking for money i.e. bribe along with the document, which has happened with me. I hope it team will make it better and easier so that work can be done easily.
