My life or a Family or a parent to hug or to say to me you are loved you are safe you can smile you are ok is build I. A hope of you tears and time and pressure and energy you invest and give without receiving nothing I. First of all I understand the cause we are helping is good. But then when I needed to cancel subscription the site and app only allowed me to see active add ons for 5 and 10 pounds which I cancelled but I didn’t realise the main subscription was still on. And I really needed to cancel, I needed money. And I searched all tabs and pages, it only showed « weekly boost - cancelled ». So I was so naive I even deleted the app. Only to see on my bank acc money were taken next month! Well, after frustrating process of logging in, it said « thank you, subscription renewed, all accounts frozen. Wanna cancel? Try again later ». So I kept logging in really upset for two days. Finally I could see « subscription still active » and two boosters « cancelled » in one page. Is it a big plan to still be able to take money at least a month more? Cause I felt so insecure that it will just be taking money anyway even if I try to cancel, so I thought of freezing my card. Now I’m paranoid, I keep going in and checking whatever the « small print » says. I know it’s for good cause, bit I REALLY NEEDED to cancel the subscription and not loosing money and feel like an idiot who didn’t search enough tabs to solve the puzzle or lose cash, so I « brought it upon myself ». No need to make it a scam scheme, we already got enough companies trying to scam us through legal ways

I haven’t got a Scooby Doo of how to work computers or anything but losing both my parents who meant the world to me with lung and heart disease if I can keep something back that meant give to somebody that doesn’t have to go through that pain of seeing and caring those last days of their life their loved ones I’d rather have my parents back healthy happy they were so wonderful. I miss them so much. It was my birthday yesterday and my dad even thought before he passed away a few weeks beforehand he went shopping and my sister kept it and he even wrote love Dad in this party bag and it brought me a lovely necklace with a little diamond in it that made my day yesterday to know my parents thought of me before they died. I cried with joy.
