ACT Companion: Happiness Trap

Thank you. With the additional features, e.g. Dropping Anchor exercises, I feel I have all the tools I need in one place. I used to have to exit the App and go into my saved audio files if I wanted to practice dropping anchor. Now it’s here in the App. Same goes for other ACT tools that I wanted to practice but weren’t on the old version of the App. Now they’re here. Great improvements. Thank you! I recommend this App, Dr. Harris’ books, and the online course to everyone. Life changing stuff that can help everyone wherever one might be in life.

Really enjoy the app, but during longer meditations, such as “notice your emotion,” it ends after a couple minutes when iPhone screen closes. Need a way to keep it open for entire 11 minutes.

Devastated that it seems this app is no longer operational. I downloaded and opened it, then went to set up a New User account with my email and password, but every time the request would time out. I thought it must be a connectivity issue so I tried just using wifi, then just cellular data, then again using the much stronger internet connection at work, still nothing. I tried restarting my phone, I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it multiple times. I then went to the support page, filled out the contact us form requesting help, and when I submitted the form it just said Error 404: Page Not Found. I tried again, same response. I’m at such a loss, I really need this app and I was willing to pay for it. :’(
