Snooker Blitz

As a 30+ yr snooker fan, I’ve really enjoyed this for the past month. However, today I cannot access the table as I keep getting stuck in this loop of “Lost connection. Reconnecting to profile server” over and over and over again. I “Retry” again and again and still no connection. I play on a very strong and stable Wi-Fi conx in Singapore. Why can I not connect?

You can earn coins and gems through various matches, challenges, tournaments, and watched advertisements. There's a terrible glitch with some Ads where you watch the content in exchange for a predetermined or random reward, and it fails to provide the reward. Upgrades (balls, cues, emojis, etc) require coins or gems to upgrade after collecting enough reward points....but the gems disappear from your account periodically. For no reason at all! I'm fairly certain I'm never facing an actual opponent, just a computer simulated opponent so it shouldn't take so long to find a "match" when playing exhibition matches. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

I am American and haven’t played much snooker but I tend to watch it online quite a bit, this is one of the better pool games I have ever played and you can really start getting a feel for the table and mechanics 5/5!
