My JEA

I recently downloaded the my JEA app, it will not work. Every time I try to log in, I get an error saying "Error. An error has occurred, please try again later." I've tried several times over the past couple weeks. I called the number for residential customers service and the person who answered said she has no way to help but her app works. I can log into my account on the web, I've been doing it for years. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've restarted my phone, nothing works. I simply cannot log into the app. Is there anyone who can assist? Update: emailing for assistance also does not work. The response is to call back the same number that can't assist with the app.

Downloaded the new JEA app during a recent hurricane/storm/recovery and used it constantly. It’s extremely user friendly and information is easily accessible. From the outage map to usage reports to the ability to pay my bill with a click, the JEA app provides an outstanding user experience.

The mobile interface of the JEA app is really smooth and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage my bill, check my usage, and get notifications—all from my phone. I still like the website for some things, but the app is perfect when I want to quickly handle my account on the go. It’s great for anyone who prefers doing things right from their phone!
