The mobile interface of the JEA app is really smooth and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage my bill, check my usage, and get notifications—all from my phone. I still like the website for some things, but the app is perfect when I want to quickly handle my account on the go. It’s great for anyone who prefers doing things right from their phone!

I recently downloaded the my JEA app, it will not work. Every time I try to log in, I get an error saying "Error. An error has occurred, please try again later." I've tried several times over the past couple weeks. I called the number for residential customers service and the person who answered said she has no way to help but her app works. I can log into my account on the web, I've been doing it for years. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've restarted my phone, nothing works. I simply cannot log into the app. Is there anyone who can assist?
Update: emailing for assistance also does not work. The response is to call back the same number that can't assist with the app.
