First, I love this app. However, the constant updates about a hurricane that is literally headed out to see, and will never impact Florida, or really annoying. There is another storm that may actually hit Florida, but since it is in a hurricane yet we’re not getting information on that one. I would really prefer if they would not send push alerts and notifications for a storm that is never going to hit our area, or is more than 10 days away. Otherwise it’s just fear mongering. Love the app otherwise, think it’s great. Really appreciated the Irma, Dorian, and Michael updates in the past but this new storm, Humberto, is nowhere near us and won’t be, ever.

I’m able to get what I need from the app. I can manage my policy, pay my bills and manage claims. It also keeps me up to date on approaching storms.
