In short, Alzheimer’s Care Partner is a boon for all those caregivers who need a handholding partner in their quest for better structured care for Alzheimer’s patients.

I wish I had access to this app. years ago. As primary caregiver for my mother, navigating her long road from occasional forgetfulness to eventual full blown dementia was extremely difficult. There is so much helpful information here. There are important guidelines that include how to make a safe home environment for a loved one, how to advocate for them with their Drs./medical staff, to navigating family discussions on the patient’s care, finances, medications. I learned much of this the hard way, from hands on experience. This information would have made things much easier for me, my mother, and our entire family.
