App Profile: The Protein People

The Protein People provide services across three specialist areas:

1. Advanced nutrition advice for beginners, intermediates, advanced and professional athletes.

2. Bespoke online and face to face personal training plans, including weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain and endurance.

3. Health awareness including nutrition, physical activity, mental and overall wellbeing.

The Protein People app allows users to access workouts, meal plans, nutritional information and training videos. Users can log their workouts, daily and weekly check-ins, which allow The Protein People to provide feedback on their progress and programme.
