Be it their website or app , it never works . I should have never opened a policy with LIC. The app keeps buffering, the website is also same. No proper customer service. In this digital age , LIC is stuck in time. Horrible experience!!!

APP NRI digital NRI is already installed, it’s check location and redirect to app installation. It’s a BUG please Fix it ASAP same issue with website as well

The DOB option while password reset dont have the key / while entering using default keyboard in iPhone.
