Canara ai1- Mobile Banking App

I download this mobile in December during my visit to India, I am able to pay my bills on time, it is pretty easy to operate but still some features requires improvements especially bill pay I tried, it did not work but I have to go to send money and type vendor name and then app picked up the bill from airtel and gave me options to make payment, it worked that simple.

Downloaded the app and tried to register. Disabled the other SIM that is not registered to the bank. Sends the text but after a few seconds it says “registration failed. Click next to try again”, and this cycle repeats. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I am so disappointed I opened an account with Canara Bank. Their online site does not show a clear place to login. If you download the app it gets even more fun. Now you cannot login because you have to get a password from your net banking. You cannot directly check your balance in your account after you log into your account from the mobile app. They have all the non sense you can do with your money but no direct place to see how much you have balance in your account. They should simplify the interface for basic stuff. Check your balance Add payees etc. Need a total overhaul of the App. Looks horribly confusing.
