The new platform ditched several features I used regularly. The search function used to allow filters and I frequently used the venue location filter to see what tickets were being sold in my area. Searches also used to show the sold tickets which was helpful to gauge how much volume was being traded and how fast tickets sold and at what price.
My alerts didn’t transfer to the new app either.
As a regular gold user who greatly appreciates the platform, I’ll stick to the legacy platform as long as possible.

I’ve been on this platform for about 10 years, and I’ve paid for a premium account pretty much the whole time. Thanks to this horrifically broken and unfinished new app, which is still broken and unfinished months after release, I’ve lost all hope in the company. I don’t see how they can survive something this disastrous. No ISO, which might be ok if the notifications worked, but they don’t! Then what am I paying for with premium? Then we have the developers in these reviews suggesting people just need to turn their notifications on… are you kidding me? Sorry, you lost me, I’m not a patient individual. Someone needs to make a subreddit or Facebook group for former COT users that basically does the same thing as what the app used to do, because this is absolutely unusable.

I have been a paying member for almost 10 years and can say without a doubt the new notification feature on the revised app has ruined what was a good experience before. When a popular show ticket goes up for sale you had a fighting chance as you would have to open CoT periodically to see what was available. Now everyone gets a notification all at once (even the scalpers). Even with phone in hand your instantly against loads of others simultaneously. I have seen tickets sold on CoT just to be turned around and posted on stub hub for double/triple the price defecting the whole ethos of CoT. I’m sure on paper this sounded like a good idea but in practice it’s a horrible feature.
