where are you I sold the last day of my four day $2000 VIP where are you ticket to a buyer on this app for less than face value once the buyer committed to buying the ticket as I have before it was my understanding that I should make repeated attempts to get in contact them to get the ticket delivered to them And that otherwise I was kind of what the point in the platform having a formalized process for a buyer committing to buy a ticket and a seller confirming that they are going to sell that ticket it’s kind of like a protocol in place to make sure that everybody’s on the same page. Then it means absolutely nothing if a buyer walks away so essentially I’m out nearly $900 for these tickets that I paid over $1000 for. Absolutely no one in the company offered any payment from the buyer who committed to buying the tickets nor any help. They just simply said, " Oh well if I didn’t hear from the buyer within 30 minutes, I would have just sold it to someone else but I had already confirmed with the buyer to sell it to them, and the buyer had already committed to purchasing them so I would never use this platform again no what would I recommend to anyone to use this platform?
