In version 4.2.04 appointment scheduling doesn’t work. It tells you there are no slots available when there are many. I was able to schedule on the web but please fix the mobile app.
I just downloaded the new app and realized that donation points info and online store are nowhere to be found. That stuff is on the old app and of course the website. So for a new and updated app, it should be there too. Please fix!
Most of the controls are not properly identified. I could not use the map to pick my location, though I suspect it got it right. The interface feels strange. I hope someday, this application is as welcoming and accessible as the physical locations where I donate. I love this organization, but wish it had taken more time to make this app welcoming to people who are blind.
