Being a pro member and using the app on the go daily, the mobile app has a lot to offer however there could be alot of improvements. Example of One of the most frustrating things: say I search for a water pump kit by part number, it’ll pull up endless pages of water pumps completely unrelated or parts unrelated, and I have to go through each selection, referencing the part number, until finding the correct one. Instead of it pulling up a search of only the part number I typed into the search bar.

The west marine website is hands down one of the worst websites we use on a consistent basis. They are the only store in our area with the products we need in stock so we don’t have a choice but to use it. The west marine pro app feels more stable and faster to use than the website. It is worse than other store apps but better than their website we were using.

This app allows you to scan products while in store so you can know your wholesale price. You can place orders for van delivery, ship to a local store or ship to your house or even for a small charge do same day delivery. Also you can add quotes or lists to organize your supply that you get all the time and order those items through your lists rather than searching item by item. Also your signer card is on the app and reps info so contacting for assistance is easy and quick. Great job West Marine Pro.
