The app is almost perfect. It is a very, very good banking app. Don’t get me wrong, but there are a couple things that I would do to improve my personal experience, making the interface a little bit more user-friendly when money comes out whether it be from a transfer or a purchase somewhere having a little minus sign next to the money that came out and for a deposit having a little + next to the deposit amount, possibly having the letters and numbers a little bit bigger as to know when your account goes into the negativewhat color is red and what color is black for people like me who have a little bit of trouble differentiating between the two that would be the main things that I personally would change besides a couple, odds and ends, but all in all, this is a very good banking app

I like the app don’t really have any complaints other than my wife and I both can’t be logged in at the same time and when one of us does log in it locks the other one out and we have to register our device all over again. Would be helpful if two devices could be registered.

I would give 4 stars but I’m not able to make payments through the app for my car loan. The app seams pointless in this instance. I can log in see my loan and previous payments and the current balance owed but cannot make a payment. That should be one of the main services. I’m not sure what a regular checking/savings looks like on the app. But If I had a checking and savings I would hope that I could go on the app and transfer funds, deposit funds, locate my card info, access statements ect. I hope Alta one mobile team does some research and takes initiative to improve there app.
