Safe 1 Mobile Banking

I’ve had a great experience with Safe 1 Credit Union. The mobile banking app is easy to use, simple to navigate, and makes it convenient to check my account, make payments, and manage my money. I also appreciate the service I’ve received from Safe 1. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

I've been with safe 1 since 1995. I used to be just a customer. I begged Lydia Chavez (best manager ever, happy retirement) for a job Everytime I went in she finally hired me. I went to school while I worked and she accommodated my schedule. I'm where I'm at because of her. I still bank with safe 1 all my loans I only use this credit Union. This will be the only bank for me. Customer service A=+++++

The app will not let me cash checks through it anymore. I would usually use it because the bank closes pretty close to when I get off work and I have a commute. It will not take any picture I take no matter what. When asked the support they just say try again later. Full check is in view and it won’t let me submit even though I know is a good picture. Rest is cool though. Just that one thing for me.
