Strata Credit Union

Very friendly, casual atmosphere unlike your typical bank. I’ve been with them for years going back to when they were Kern Fed and wouldn’t consider changing to anyone else. Before encouraging anyone to become a customer, I would urge you to just go in and take a look around; you may be surprised by what you see.

I love this app. It really makes banking a lot more convenient. My kids also bank at Strata, and it makes it easier to transfer money into there acct. instead of having to go to the ATM and pull out cash. Plus all the other banking categories you can access. Some apps make things all complicated, I don’t understand why specially for older people it can be really frustrated. The clerks are very nice and patiently help the best they can. I have been with this Credit Union for probably around 20 years and never had mayor problems and have always worked with me to solve any problems. I have no problems with the app it’s easy to maneuver and I’m not great with electronic items. Marty Cubita22
