I don’t even know where to begin with how badly this app failed me. These guys registered the WRONG number on my account. Just straight up put in the wrong number. Fine, mistakes happen. But then I go to the payment page and their system has the audacity to tell me my email doesn’t match. I COPY PASTED IT. FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE. How does that even happen?! I wasn’t typing it manually, I wasn’t guessing, I went to their portal, copied the email they had on file, pasted it, and their own system said it was wrong. Took me 2-3 days going back and forth to sort this out. 2-3 DAYS. I thought okay, at least it’s done now. Got to the hospital. Waited. And waited. Two hours. TWO HOURS sitting there because nobody at Health Meter could be bothered to send a single email to the hospital. One email. That’s it. That was their one job after putting me through all of that and they still couldn’t do it. I’m a corporate user. My company is paying for this. And this is what we get? Genuinely embarrassing. Do not trust this app with anything health related, the stakes are too high for this level of incompetence.

I’ve been trying to get some slot, but I had to chase them at least 6 to 7 times just to get one appointment and half of the clinics are not functioning. I would suggest if you are looking for the health checkup. You better do it by yourself. It is a hideous and lot of pain.

Can’t risk your health with such a team who do not have basic sense of sharing confidential reports to the correct individual, have the proofs if anyone dares to question this review! Highly unrecommended services!!
