If you want to read about news in the upstate then download the News Channel 7 app. It doesn't require a subscription and you can read all the news you want about the upstate. Also if news channel 7 doesn’t cover the article you’re wanting to read just go to google and you can find the article real easy that GoUpstate won’t show.

The app is packed with local sports news add headline stories. The only way I can access real local news is by going to the web version. SHJ, if you are paying these app developers, you are wasting your $$$.
