App doesn’t allow me to read the announcements, very buggy, non-existent tech support (I’ve sent in my issue and received radio silence). Also, I still have to use the old app to see notifications from the school and school board, and to use the extensions like Focus. The app has promise if a developer wishes to address everything it’s currently lacking.

This newest DCPS app is extremely unreliable and not user friendly! It’s constantly freezing up, loading improperly, or just won’t open. It takes so many more menus to get to focus compared to the old DCPS app. The school district needs to go back to the old app or else find a different one to use.

Firstly, Teachers do not use this app. Secondly, to try and check your child’s grades you have to go through 2 different links just to get to focus and then you have to sign in every new link you click! This “convenient” one stop shop is awful.
