Dear Team this is my first time choosing powerlook but greatly disappointed in receiving the product. I ordered like 10 days ago and i havent received it still whereas the product arrived at the delivery location 3 days ago and the delivery agent without Attempting to deliver gave a comment saying the delivery adress is incorrect. I tried contacting the customer support again they said 24-48hrs of delivery which is highly disappointing. Again today while we are eagerly awaiting for the delivery still there is no response and accountability. We mentioned we will go Collect the product ourselves in the hub where it is yet to be disappointed but no response. Having a good product but worst Customer care and delivery is not acceptable and really not looking forward to place an order again online. Thank you! I Wish the product arrives atleast today.

Yes am using this powerlook more than 5yrs and trusted but once a time i have purchased 5shirts with credit card , got my 5 shirts and that purchase 1 shirt was not fit for me so returned the shirt after that cash was not still refunded i check my credit card bill and attached proof also but they told not accepting valid proof ans checked my transcation it was not received but they stating our end process completed why it was not refund to you again so that i dont argue with powerlook that time but forever in my mind one complaints

I remember, In 2018 it was one of the first Instagram grown Brand and the only brand which I saw online and ever visited offline, and the journey has just blossomed since then.
