Moments app is a life saver. I used to be burnt out from writing therapy notes after sessions. I considered stopping private practice due to this stressor. Many times my notes were late.
However, I found this app and are considering opening up more times on my calendar to see more clients.

I can’t begin to tell you how much I love Moments! I love the process of verbally summing up a session, and it’s really helped me to mentally hold onto each session from week to week. My therapy work has improved as a result. Also, Moments has saved me a tremendous amount of time. Whereas I was spending 30 minutes or so each day on notes, now I am spending just about 10 minutes in total. It’s amazing!

I cannot say enough about how helpful this app is in my practice. I am able to be present with my clients and not spend countless hours writing up notes that convey themes, patterns, analyses and everything else that is necessary to record in a soap (or other) note. And the customer service is superb. The creators really care about their product and it shows!
