I became an employee since 1968, along with making relations with banking systems.
With all my experiences, Vantage Credit Union IS the HIGHEST RANKING system across the board❣️Knowledge, Services, Financial options, HUMAN contact, availability, benefits, personnel who are intelligent, personal, friendly and contemporary in trends, Apps, internet options with security tools and interest finance. Last, but not least, they are trustworthy and realize your value as a customer with Vantage. I am a retired educator. I have been a customer for going towards two decades.
Accolades to Account divisions, Loans, Security & Fraud. There customer call center is sensitive, customer friendly, efficient and knowledable.

I’m very challenged where technology is concerned. This new upgraded system is amazing and so easy to use!! They really did take people into consideration when they initiated this. Thank you Vantage Credit Union for making this switch so easy & creating an app that gives so much valuable & useful information. You have really simplified things for us.

I really enjoy the app, the issue I have is not being able to navigate efficiently, say for instance finding the turn off your card option you would think it would appear on the main page , it’s hard to find , and also I’ve noticed it’s difficult for me to find where to pay my car note with a credit card , that’s about all that I have problems with , I have to keep searching and scrolling for something that should simply be right in front of my eyes or just have an options tab to make it simpler to find how to pay my car loan. Other than that I really love my banking institution great service in person and the teller/atm options.
