Horrible. Actually horrible. (Well, if you’re broke and don’t have money like me.) But yeah they promote this app on socials (I got it from and ad on Instagram)And they say it’s a FREE way of getting rid of your phone . no no no no no. It costs 7$ a month for an app. For an app thats absurd imo. Why promote something as free then when it comes to free only give 3 days free? There’s not even a normal version of it, so it’s money all together. I wish there was just one app like this that was free bro 😔. But there are alternatives if you would like a free way of getting rid of apps. You could set a screen time for your apps, Or you could delete them. But yeah good idea not the right advertisement. (I saw you took 3 months to get to someone’s reply, I’m not asking to answer this right away, but I would like an answer soon.) Thank you and have a nice day!
I initially got Superhappy to help cut down on my screen time, and it’s been great for that. But what really surprised me is how much it’s helped with other habits, too. I used to order takeout from apps like Postmates and GrubHub 2-3 times a day, but since using Superhappy, I haven’t ordered once. It’s actually helped me stop late-night food orders and made me more motivated to cook at home. What I love most is how the app is there at just the right time—when I’m opening a social media app out of boredom or when I’m thinking about ordering food. It’s like a gentle reminder that I don’t really need to, and it helps me stay on track. Honestly, I think Superhappy could be used for more than just screen time. It has the potential to change how people use their phones in a bigger way by helping them build healthier habits overall. One suggestion I have is maybe adding more options when it comes to blocking apps. For example, I enjoy playing chess, but I can get frustrated when I lose. It would be cool if Superhappy could remind me to stay cool and enjoy the game instead of fully blocking the app. Overall, Superhappy has really made a difference in my daily life, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to create better phone habits.
They say admitting you have a problem is the first step to breaking addiction well downloading this app was my way of acknowledging that I had a screen time addiction. Every time I got my weekly screen time report I was embarrassed and screen time just wasn’t enough. Adding the extra 15 mins over and over became automatic and mindless. I knew I needed accountability but it’s not like I can just ask a friend to keep telling me to stop screentime. This app and the AI gave me that non-judge mental accountability partner. You can also vary its level it holds you accountable and change the difficulty to unlock. I love that the questions the AI are meaningful and make you think mindfully about why you are wanting to use the app and suggest others ways for you to achieve the same thing the app would give you. My screentime is now 50% what it was and I’m not hiding my weekly screen time report anymore. I’m really grateful for this app and I recommend it to all my friends :)
Superhappy combines the power of AI and mindfulness to help you reduce your screen time. Whether you need a cold turkey blocker for social media or a...
