Delfina: Pregnancy Tracker

Best pregnancy app out there!

Delfina is the best pregnancy tracker I’ve seen. The library has tons of helpful information. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate and has so many options.

The peace of mind this app gives me is great. I love the feedback I get when I enter a symptom. I can be reassured I’m ok without having to call my doctor or look up my symptoms online. I can’t afford a doula, but I get to work with one through the app. My doula, Jennifer, has been so supportive and helpful for me. I love the articles in the app, and the classes have set me at ease. I especially love the prenatal yoga with Troy and Jennifer’s breastfeeding classes. I love that once my baby is born, Troy offers postpartum yoga and Jennifer can continue to help me with breastfeeding. I’m meeting with a Delfina nutritionist and mental health provider soon, and I’m excited to learn more. Highly recommend the Delfina app and program to anyone who is pregnant!
