This is the worst app. Their service is completely down and extremely unprofessional. They mentally frustrate customers with their poor order management. Whenever we place an order it gets delivered after almost two hours and even then the order is incomplete. Most of the time they deliver items that were not even ordered. I am sharing my personal experience. Every single time I ordered from this app I used to get calls saying certain items were unavailable but I still had to make the full payment. Later they would say that the remaining amount would be refunded to my wallet but that almost never happened. It happened only once every other time I never received any refund. Now talking about my recent order yesterday I had ordered a few snacks. First the delivery boy called and said some items were unavailable and asked me to add alternative items. One item was completely unavailable yet I still paid the full amount and again no refund was credited to my wallet. Another shocking thing was that I ordered Fruitella. Everyone knows there are two sizes of Fruitella a big pack worth ₹70 and a small pack worth ₹35. These people delivered the small ₹35 pack but charged me for the big ₹70 pack. This is completely unacceptable and feels like cheating. I honestly do not understand how this service even works. It is careless irresponsible and extremely disappointing. I have now uninstalled this app and will never install or use it again in my life. Such a cheap app with terrible service and highly unprofessional people working there.
After shifting to Srinagar, finding reliable grocery delivery was a bit difficult. Then I discovered the Snocart app, and it has been quite helpful for getting groceries and daily essentials quickly. It’s convenient and has made things easier for day-to-day needs. However, the app interface could be more user-friendly and smoother to navigate. Also, there should be a fixed delivery time system. Sometimes the delivery takes two hours or even longer, which can be inconvenient when you need items urgently. Overall, it’s a useful service for Srinagar, but improving the app interface and delivery time reliability would make the experience much better.
I downloaded Snow Cart and was just checking it out for literally a minute or two, and my iPhone 16 Pro Max got extremely hot … I thought maybe it was a one-time thing, so I closed it and tried again later. Same thing happened …. I only used it for a few seconds each time, and every time it heated up fast. This is honestly not normal at all. No other app does this on my phone. It’s actually scary how fast it heats up. Please fix this …This kind of overheating is concerning, especially on a new high-end device. Please look into optimizing the app’s performance and background processes. I’d love to keep using it, but this issue makes it hard to trust running the app for now.
