During a recent visit to another casino in Vegas, I decided to check out the Durango Casino — and I’m glad I did. While exploring, I approached a team member wearing an STN shirt to ask a few questions, and that’s when I met Ms. Flor. To my surprise, Ms. Flor was incredibly knowledgeable not only about the casino itself but also about the STN mobile app. In just a few minutes, she clearly and patiently explained the app’s features and how to navigate them. Her professionalism and people skills made the experience smooth and enjoyable — it was easy to understand everything thanks to her guidance. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical knowledge with excellent customer service, and Ms. Flor truly stood out as a representative of STN. I’ll definitely be using the app regularly now, and I want to thank STN for having such a great team member available to assist guests.

I’ve been a customer for over 2 decades and recently after some guy stole money from me when my app connected to his machine he cashed out money to a ticket then put 20 in the machine and the 10 bucks that deposited in that machine then I trying to figure out what was going disconeccted my from the machine and bam it took everything out of the machine it was connected to. I’m pisssed off that I lost my 10 and didn’t realize when it disconnected that it took my money back and his 20 total 30 I still did understand what it did but I saw that now my money came back to the app with a bonus another 20. So I’ve got 30 in credit and and excitedly I put it all in another machine not knowing it was his 20. But what I did see was that man with one arm cashed out my money initially and he knew it was mine and tried to be slick and played it off as he didn’t know nothing even though that one armed man robbed me that’s a felony but as karma would have it when I walked away being the bigger man and it disconnected from the machine and it took not only my 10 but the 20 he put in that machine unknown to me when security approached us I had no problem going to the machine where it all happened and guess who changed his tune because he knew he had done me wrong and committed a felony by robbing me but bottom line ever since my stn cash has been suspended

The app is Ok. If you are going to look up offers, what’s available at properties, or make reservations for a meal, the app can help you complete these activities. If you are going to use the app to connect your card to a machine, or process a transaction via STN Cash, I cannot recommend the app for these kinds of transactions. There is no dedicated in-app contact information FOR THE APP itself if you need help - you will likely stumble on a generic help email address for Stratton Casinos and going through a general mailbox is not ideal when dealing with people’s money or connection issues. If you try and approach a local Station Casinos property for assistance, be prepared for answers that are lacking and/or an extended wait. The team at the cage lack the tools to be able to assist quickly - 1, because the app wasn’t developed by Stations directly and 2, the team doesn’t posses the correct level of access to help resolve app-driven issues and 3, the cage will be a middle-man to resolving the issue leaving you as the customer frustrated, and the cage team lacking the support they need to resolve any reported issues with any efficiency. Ive been using this app since it was made available in the App Store, and more often than not, using this app leaves me disappointed and underwhelmed.
