App takes awhile to reload profiles, very expensive for low number of profiles available and you aren’t able to set age limit??? I’m 26 and find it waste of time seeing people a lot older or younger and not being able to filter them out. Once you’ve set your distance range when you down load the app you can’t change it again… When setting up, some photos won’t load properly and didn’t notice for ages.. But bonus points to the apps creator, genius idea and I look forward to hopefully meeting someone on here that relates to what I do.

I have been so surprised just by the calibre of men on this app. I was hesitant to spent the cash because Tinder is free - but this is so far from being Tinder it’s not funny. Everyone just seems so real and genuine,it’s like the wholesome roots of this dating app has given us all some renewed hope…. you can see some actual energy with the profiles and conversations. I’ve got 6 matches so far, all gorgeous farmers, and I’ve only been on the app for a few days. The country angle is so beautiful, I’m seeing men post photo of their animals/work/landscapes rather than topless selfies in the mirror. It’s so refreshing!!! I love that you can set the radius to Australia wide too, because if I meet someone incredible, I don’t mind jumping on a plane to meet them. I’m really keen to keep using as more people discover it.

Never have I used a dating app and come across such genuine, real life, down to earth people! Unlike your usual dating apps where you swipe (sometimes to fast if you’re in a rhythm let’s be real) and are unable to backtrack, on Howdy you scroll. This way you are able to take your time, click through their photos, read about the things that they are most interested such as rain on a hot tin roof or sitting back and admiring a cracking view. There is someone on Howdy for everyone. Whether your on the coast wanting to move to the country or a country lover wanting to meet someone on the coast, I have faith that everyone will be able to find their ideal country loving partner for life ❤️
