I was trying to set a up an account when it then had me show my face for verification. I’ve done this in many other apps before so I understand why it’s necessary. I don’t know if it though I was younger or older than what I said I was ( probably younger considering the face i was making) especially since I wasn’t ready for the pic as I looked down right when it happened. I was only smiling a little so maybe my face looked chubbier idk. But now it’s saying I have to verify my account some other way which was either state id, military card, passport, or something else I forgot. I don’t have any of those, I also don’t feel like a 13 year old would have any of those except maybe a passport which I’ve never traveled outside the country so I don’t need one. And it forces you to use the email linked to your phone for Apple ID which I didn’t want to use. I have a main email that’s not my Apple ID that I use for everything, my Apple ID email is only supposed to be for Apple. I’ve tried deleting my account to make a new one but it doesn’t work and just signs me back into the other one. Overall I wish I could use this app but I can’t. I wish there was some other way I could verify myself
This is a really cool app and I personally like the fact that I can make friends around my own age and the way the app functions. There is one thing that I don't like about it and it is that you have to pay for a subscription to view who comments on some of you photos, who wants to add you as a friend, just the things that seem like they would be free are not. If you don't pay for a subscription then there is the option to buy coins which aren't horribly priced but when you look at how many you need to buy to see someone's profile it's ridiculous. I understand that this part of the app is here to make money but if the app is made for teens then I think that it should have more that you don't have to pay for. Again this is a really good app and I do recommend it to whoever wants to make friends but I would like it if we didn't have to pay for a subscription or for thousands of coins to make said friends.
