I like Teahouse the restaurant a lot, but when I order through the app it never sends me a receipt and has charged my card without the order actually going to the restaurant before. So I have to explain to the staff that I already got charged even though they never got my order and I don't have a receipt.
Why can’t I order directly on the app? When I click order, it re-directs me to a different page and then asks me to sign in. That basically defeats the purpose of having the app. I should be able to order right on the app and now have to jump through hurdles.
So first off, the lumpia egg rolls are fire 🔥! Also I ordered thru the app, when I checked the app it showed I had no orders so I decided just to go order in person. When my order came out, they realized they made the drink twice and I expressed the trouble I was having with the app and the nice people there gave me the 2nd drink for free!
