I appreciate the graphing and detailed information. It is unfortunate that I have to be connected to the Internet to receive that information though when my components are sitting beside me.

The app is not terrible. However it seems several improvements. 1. The battery gauge is not accurate on the app. When charging it shows it beinv 3/4 charged when its not. Additionally, more battery metrics would be a nice to have. 2. The temperature it shows on the led panel is not the actual temperature of the inside of the fridge. I have tested this many times with an actual thermometer. I set the fridge to 15f. When the fridge reached 15f (on the led), the actual temp inside was ~30f. It just seems like its delayed. 3. Within the app, near where you set the temperature and view the current temperature, it says ‘Whole’. I have looked everywhere and cannot determine what this means. Is it specifying the temperature of the ‘Whole Unit’ and not the fridge? If so, is there a way to change it to show the fridge temp? Other than that, I have enjoyed using the product anf the app. Please consider making these improvements to the app.

I called the number got connected with somebody in Nicaragua that was young and new and it took forever as she had to go. Ask somebody else answers to my questions and then I just got told they would send me a video and re-download the app which I did and it’s not working. This is my second unit I had to return the first one because of a fan failure error. I ordered another one upgraded to a bigger unit and it seems to be working for now. Come on BOURGERV! get your act together and provide the public with products that do what they are advertised to do. Why doesn’t the app work?
