The BLUETTI app works well to give one all of the relevant info on a BLUETTI power system. It connects easily to the system, either via Bluetooth or WiFi and allows control over a multitude of systems. The data are clear and easy to read. The only issue I’ve come up against so far, after almost a year of use is that the account for logging into the app is not the same as the BLUETTI web account. Even if one uses the same credentials, some info like the “points” for engagement are not linked. Customer service has confirmed to me that the accounts are “not the same”. Doesn’t cause any real issues, but it is odd. And since “points” can be used for discounts on purchases, it means that some avenues of engagement are potentially wasted for the customer. All that said, the app works well as an interface with your BLUETTI power system.

This power station becomes essential for us while we are living in developing economies as looking for ways to cope with frequent power outage. Also we are happy with this device as we could bring it with us whenever our family totally five members go camping as this power station let us free from worrying about reheating our food, making coffee and breakfast and also charging our phones, iPads and camp lamps. Amazingly, this efficient power station is being used during the whole night and in the morning but the power remains about 36 percent, thus I have to woo it. On our way back home, while having lunch in a countryside restaurant, I charge it with a power outlet of the restaurant before our meals, then it is fully charged during 50 minutes as it becomes ready for another destination so do we.

3.0 is a improvement and I think you will like it. It brings the graphics into the 2025 century some other things are easier to get out, but others are still hard. They need to improve not having to dig for the upgrade menu. It also has done better, but didn’t completely eliminate using different terms for the same homepage and styles. Overall, it looks like a great product and they’re on the right track. I’m happy to see it. It’s in advancing and look forward as they continue to refine it.
