This new app is a big improvement over the previous app. Not only is it branded specifically for First Community Bank so I know it is really my bank, it is also so much more user friendly. It’s much easier to find what I am looking for. I can see my accounts, recent transactions, bill pay, transfers and so much more just on the opening page. Instead of searching in drop down menus, one touch and I get what I need. I can even easily send a message to the bank if I need to as it shows up in multiple places on the app instead of searching all over a site trying to find a phone number.

I woke up this morning and got the new app right away. It’s awesome. I really liked that you kept me informed about the new app, when it would be available and assured me that all my settings would move over. This Bank does an awesome job at everything and their people are knowledgeable and friendly. And best of all—you get a real person when you call. Could t ask for anything better!!

As a patron of other banks as well as First Community, I have had the opportunity to see many different financial institutions apps and service styles. I was so glad to have First Community’s personal aspect as a customer, but now I feel First Community is also just as far ahead as other banks when it comes to an online representation!
