So much easier to use than before and matches the website functionality!!

Aside from taking a week and a trip to get help in town to set this app up, I am finding that bills I had set up to be paid through the old app have not been paid. I never saw any information that there was going to be a new app. And now I have to enter all the payee information over again. Additionally, I don’t see how to edit when, because I will make mistakes, I make a mistake like the date the bill is to be paid.
I apologize for my tone but this has been so frustrating.

The app needs to be more user friendly to be able to state where you want extra payments to go. For instance, my escrow account fluctuates and I would like to add if needed to escrow instead of my payment being adjusted yearly to make up shortages. My mortgage payment went up $227 a month. I would have liked to adjust the last year so I’m not trying to make it up this year for last year and this year.
