Very slick app and checkout is a breeze. Much better than the other pet company. One bit of feedback: the little deal icons that you put over product images cover up a fair bit of product photo. I know my dog’s Hills food by the picture on the bag, but the bags are otherwise the same. Your icons made it really hard to spot it in a list of 40 products.

No need to go to the shop/vet for catfood, let alone proper urinary tract biscuits of which have helped our older boy so much. Shipping always arrives before other stuff i've ordered like clothes etc weeks before, without the need to look around elsewhere for anything. Thank you guys - also crazy good savings on autodeliver'nn HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM NZ <3 been thru for about 6/7 months, 0 faults. cheers guys

Took a while to switch to the app but using it more often now. Used to prefer search on website but finding it easier to navigate on app now. I use autoship so often need to skip or add additional items to my order so can get fiddly and time consuming. Now I can scroll and clearly match what I require. Petdirect app is now my go to when managing my pet requirements.
