The app works well to understand the commute options to get to your destination, including scooters and e-bikes (you must pay a small premium to see these options).
The “Go” functionality works well and predicts 1 line arrivals accurately. I haven’t tried it for busses. I do like how it notifies you of your stop in case you are not paying attention.
The ability to give feedback on the seat availability and cleanliness/loudness of the vehicle and station is cool and I hope the data is used by transit productively to keep the trains and stations clean. The 1 line does seem to have a small but consistent amount of riders who camp out and sometimes create a mess in the back seats and leave the fabric seats dirty.
Overall this is a big improvement in the app and much appreciated by this commuter.
