App Profile: ReachDr

The reachDr app allows you and your treating Physician to monitor your treatment and therapeutic plan by tracking your pain and fatigue levels on a daily basis. Your physician will be able to remotely monitor your inputs and use that information in your appointments and treatment plan. The application allows you to record any pain and or fatigue you are experiencing and to rate the level on a scale from 1 to 10. The app also allows you to set alerts to remind you to check in at a particular time of day. In case you miss recording your inputs on any day, you can always record it within a 7 day time period.
