I built this app myself, (no fancy studios) with the intention of providing simple but challenging workouts for all fitness levels and all fitness goals. I am a 44yo mum of two with almost 20 years Fitness Industry experience as a PT and Group Exercise Instructor. Not only do I show you the workouts, I also coach you through each and every move! Extra exercises are demonstrated in my exercise library. You can literally workout anywhere, any time, with no equipment!. You can choose to move with me to the beat of the music and get in the groove, or to work at your own pace and simply get it done! I promise you will have fun and get results at the same time. I am genuine and approachable and the App contains a Group Chat where you can ask me or other users anywhere in the world anything at all fitness-related. I have also included some programs that incorporate gym workouts for those of you who want the little bit of extra help. For only $9.99 once only (NO ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION FEES), you get access to all of my guided workouts (new content added monthly) as well as some yummy Gluten-Free recipes, a BMR calculator & much more! Then if you want to experience a live class you can directly request whatever you like (anything from Barre to Aerobics to HIIT to yoga/stretch). There is an additional cost for this service but I can train you anywhere you are! Most of the workouts only take 10 MINUTES so you can do one, or combine a few!
