The app locked on me at first but after reloading it a few times it seems reliable. The kb programming makes sense and I’m liking the workouts.

The app got an upgrade, so I enabled voice command commands. I quickly realized that I wouldn’t be able to use the app from my phone and play a podcast from my phone at the same time, so I disabled voice commands for the app in my settings. Regardless, if I try to play my podcast the app shuts down, and when I start my workout the podcast stops playing. I don’t want to uninstall this app and lose my workout history, but I’d like to be able to do both these things at once. I can’t find any links in the app to support of any kind.

I like the simplicity and straight-forward nature of this app. The only improvement I could think of would be to add more exercise options, or at least the option to name our own exercises. It’s missing a lot of common exercises like “sandbag carry,” “renegade row,” “zercher deadlift/squat,” “suitcase carry,” “curls,” “russian twist,” just to name a few. Otherwise, love the app!
