I won the 3 prizes required (at the time more than a year ago now!) and never received my prizes. Waited a year, wrote them email after email and spoke to so many “live customer service” agents that all gave me the run around and lied and said they would ship it to write back later and I never got a thing! I’m so disappointed because their sister app claw party was so amazing and on point, I won and received so many prizes from them and it’s just said they let that app go for this and don’t even ship prizes. I won’t even get into the blatantly obvious “prize winning” pictures that are straight lies from the a people at the app themselves. If you look and compare the pictures, whoever is taking these pictures and creating these fake accounts isn’t too bright because you can clearly see they are all taken at the same place. Claw Eden should be ashamed at themselves and yes I have screenshots to back you all my claims! If there’s any actual humans that would like to reach out and correct this I would be grateful to speak to you and finally get my prizes I won! Thank you
Started playing a few days ago. Won a few prizes. Tried to launch the app today and it won’t load. Hopefully I at least end up getting my prizes, but I was having fun playing. There’s a handful of games, not just claw machines. I quite like the coin pushers. It threw me off when I saw there were both real live coin pushers and also digital ones. Honestly, the digital ones are better. The real ones are typically are full of people and won’t let you play. They also have technical issues like the lights not working right or pieces falling off. Plus you can’t see the drop line to know how many coins actually fell and if they’re being counted correctly. The virtual ones are more accurate in the way of counting the coins, and there’s fewer players. The plinko mini game was fun for a few seconds. They don’t have a great payout though and the coins tend to fall in the same spot over and over no matter how you drop it. The crane games are great. Love the mechanic where the claw moves in short bursts. Other apps always frustrated me with how much of a delay there was, and this short burst control makes for more accurate placement. Yes, when you tap on a machine for a certain prize, the one you’re grabbing isn’t the same as advertised. However, that’s the norm in these apps. It records what prize you actually wanted and that’s what SHOULD show up once shipped. I cannot attest for how good shipping is. My prizes (as of yesterday) had not been mailed out yet.
I will admit at times the motion of the claws are a little bit glitchy,/laggy, but in my first day, I won five prizes already, Including an awesome Funko pop set of One Piece figures, two different Hunter X Hunter noodle stopper figures, a Sanrio Kuromi toy and a Pikachu… and a couple of my wins were on the very first shot, which was pretty awesome! On my second day, I won 5 prizes, including two Quintessential Quintuplets figures, a Rem from Re: Zero noodle stopper figure, a strawberry Hello Kitty plush and a cute Kuromi dressed as a purple panda plush. I think 10 prizes in my first day and a half is pretty decent ! Shipping is relatively cheap, like two dollars an item, and if you join a club (jade or ruby), you get shipping discounts by like a dollar per shipment. it’ll credit you like five dollars, which is dolled out with shipments at a dollar per request. There’s a lot of other fun games where you can get opportunities to win coins, plus daily rewards bonuses as well, and quite frankly, the price of paying for coins is pretty cheap as well. I Already submitted a couple shipping orders, so let’s wait and see how long it takes to get my prizes. Some of the reviews in the forum say that they received them pretty quick, like 15 days. They have a decent selection of prizes, and like any claw machine app or even live ones in an actual arcade , you do need some skill. They also do live streams, which are really cool, and if you recharge you can enter a lottery to win all kinds of really great anime figures and other stuff. So far so good! Really liking this app so far, as I am a huge claw machine buff! Now we just wait to see how long the shipping actually takes. If you’re not winning anything at this game, you really don’t have any skill with claw machines. UPDATE: decided to get a 1 month jade club membership and a recharge….in 4-1/2 days , I’ve won 31 awesome prizes, and some have already shipped… mostly anime figures. I really like this app! and they have a lot of prizes that only cost 60 coins to play, so your coins can go a long way
