I bought this on HSN craft day. I thought it would be great for printing out address labels for sending out the cards I make. It does a good job when I get it set up properly. However, I cannot save them. It would be nice because I send cards to pretty much the same people. The only label I can save is my name, and that is as a Draft. When the software is updated to save files, I may be able to increase the star rating.

This printing app is very easy to use once you find out how to use it but before you do it is very confusing to print and make it work. The labels most of the time did not let me in but the printer is mostly accurate with what it’s printing. Overall this is a good app but I think it should have more instructions.

I got this printer for Christmas and it worked perfectly. I could print text and pictures easily from my phone. Unfortunately the most recent update is keeping me from accessing my camera reel and nobody seems to care to fix the problem. The update has been out for two whole months now and there have seemingly been no efforts to fix the app. I’ve even tried to contact customer service directly but saw no results. I’d be more happy to revise my rating if the app is fixed, but as it stands now it’s entirely unusable.
