Absolutely Terrible Quality and Customer Service! I cannot believe I spent $158 on these shoes. The heels literally fell apart on the first wear! I waited days for this product, expecting the high-quality craftsmanship that SCHUTZ claims to offer, and this is what I get? Complete disappointment. To make matters worse, customer service does not seem to care at all about this issue. I paid a premium price expecting a durable, stylish product, and instead I got a cheap, fragile mess. Never again. This is unacceptable.

I love, love, love the silhouette of Schutz footwear, but their lack of customer service is unbelievable. This was my first time ordering directly from Schutz, and honestly, it has been the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Here’s why: I created an account on their website and ordered a pair of boots. Then I was prompted to log into their app—but the app wouldn’t accept the password I had just created, so I had to create a new one. I ordered a second pair of boots through the app, and when I went back to the website to check the status of my first order, it automatically forwarded me to the app and logged me in. For the life of me,I still cannot locate my first order from the website. I’ve emailed Schutz and am still waiting on a response. Their app shows the second order as “fulfilled,” yet I have no tracking number, no email confirmation, nothing. At this point, I can’t see myself ordering from them again. I’m so disappointed.

I am super happy SCHUTZ, my favorite shoe brand, has finally developed an APP. And it seems pretty easy to navigate and shop! Congrats!
