I booked an appointment for my dog who had diarrhea . He is a new patient to the praxis located in Berlin on Reveler str. When I arrived the vet notified me that they needed to see his passport as he is a new patient. Nowhere in the app booking was this requested, the closest to this was an attach files section but after booking there was no notification of anything but bringing samples to be lab tested. I then had to walk my sick dog home without medicine and book another appointment. Overall this was a very negative user experience for a first time patient.
