Carrollton Bank for Consumers

I love the Carrollton Bank app. I can check my balance as often as I want to, pay bills online and see when interest has been added to my savings account.

The mobile app will not allow me to type spaces in my password, so I can’t sign in. I can sign in with the same password on multiple browsers on PC, not the iOS app. Also, this new app has a lot less functionality than the app last year before CB moved to the new system. This app has far less features, such as setting my debit card on travel status. I never had to call or physically visit the bank because of the old app. Now I have to call or visit for anything I need to do other than transfer money or check my balance.

There is a button to enable Face ID but when you click it, it says your account is not eligible for Face ID. Each time you login, you have to agree to the terms and conditions. Why isn’t that a one time thing? Why can’t I make a payment on my account from an external bank with ease? You auto debit from that account are ready. All the information is there I just don’t have access to it. The old app was much easier to use and more effective. I’m very disappointed.
