I have been playing this game for a long time now cuz I really like it but I have spent so much money on this game and once again the game has issues. I have redownloaded it at least 3 times and had to start all over again and wasted the money I spent. I was trying to give this game a chance with it being new I understand it may have some issues but this is just ridiculous. I will say that for the last few months I haven’t had any problems so I figured the developers finally got everything fixed. Well I am on chapter 4 lvl 20 and now when I try to go into the lvl it gets stuck on loading at 100%. If you can’t fix the issues sell it to someone who can and not scam people trying to get their money. I’m hoping there will be another update I will wait a little bit to see if not then please no one download this game. It will only eventually have issues.

After the update, it’s asking me to make paint, paintbrushes and pencils. I have idea how to make them so can’t get anymore stars because all orders need something I don’t know how to make. I assume they’re made with the dresser but if you click on the items to collect for that they don’t take to to anything. So at this point I’m stuck. I have emailed your company twice with no response. Eventually I’ll just delete the game if I can’t get this issue fixed.

I have been playing daily for months and every time I go out of the game and go back and I have to restart a level. I can’t get through a level if I have to keep restarting it. It has been like this since the newest update and it’s getting very aggravating.I’m at the point where I want to delete the game but I enjoy playing it. I just can’t get any further because it won’t let me update my buildings. I have gotten through everything I can on the home farm. I want to be able to play more of the game, but it will not let me go past a level I have already completed.
