Skul: The Hero Slayer

Skul is a amazing game I could not be more happy with it. My only concern is the crashing. At first the crashing would only happen when you’ve completed a boss and opened the chest. Now, ever since I’ve entered the dark world I’ve recently made it to the final boss the Dark Hero. I cannot even enter the area because of the constant crash. I thought about restarting but I’ve worked so hard just to make it there and it was my first time trying to face the dark hero. Anyway even if I wanted to restart now I can no longer even enter the game without it crashing. Once I tap to start it loads then crashes. Some time of update to fix this is definitely needed and a constant problem with several players. I would not be complaining if I could at least play the game. I would definitely love some suggestions to keep on my journey or any type of fix for the issue.

It’s a game where the humans are the bad guys and you play a little “pathetic” skeleton with the ability to gain powers through wearing other skulls of former heroes, legendary figures, and sorcerers, even the prisoner from Deadcells is playable here if you can find his “skull”. I haven’t beaten the game yet but I’ve gotten most of the upgrades and defeated many of the bosses. The game can get kinda hectic at the end though, sometimes you’ll lose track of your character and realize you’ve been standing on traps on the floor and that’s what ended your play through, it can get pretty irritating. Also some enemies will hide in the lower right of your screen where the buttons are, and will be very hard to see unless you use a controller. Either way. It’s a 8/10 game in my opinion, $7 is a pretty easy asking price for the game.

The glitches I noticed were at the spider lady; when you transform, sometimes Skul will go to the place where she wrap him in web and just shake. I play with a controller so I found to tap the screen get him out of that shake. Another I noticed; I was using the “Biker Skul’ and I added a lot of poison and Crit items to that build. Every time I used his chain as a whip ( special move of the biker Skul) the game froze only for like half a second and caught up. Last it’s not a glitch , when your 9 of 9 on items for your build and have to swap one out I can’t cancel the swap with the controller, I have to touch the screen. This last one is not a glitch to be clear just a rant. Had this game on another system before; liked it enough to purchase it this time.
