I can’t log in anymore since the app update
Update: they reached out to me and fixed the issue. App works great now.

Doctor’s at Choc keep reminding us to use the MyChoc app but it has never worked for me. The login screen is in loop and comes back to the same screen. I have called, mentioned it to doctors and their offices but it never worked. I don’t know how come such a big hospital is not able to manage a small app. Is there anyone out there using this app and guide me what is wrong I’m doing or how to use it?
Can’t Log In?

I used to be able to log in, but once patients age turned 18, it seems like no log in works and kicks me back to the log in! Help! What should I do? Was there an update that caused this?
Glitches all the time, can’t see reports and then some days I can. Doesn’t have much information on the app that I know I have.
